Here we are, on our way into the BIG CITY with 2 two year olds. The first activity was getting there, our mode of transport: THE BUS:
The boys were SO excited to go on the bus. When the bus would stop to let people on, Nicholas would say: "More?". They pointed out cars, boats, trees and even saw a fire engine!
Our main purpose for this big trip was to go to the Sydney Opera House to attend the Babies Proms concet of ABC123 -"foot-tapping, hand-clapping show". At the end of the concert, the boys (Nicholas, William and Declan) were able to see up close some of the instruments. Here they feel the vibrations of the cello:
The concert concluded at 1 to leave us with whatever we wanted to do.
We couldn't leave the SOH without walking up all the steps though! So out we went into the sunshine...
There were a few heart stopping moments as Nicholas tried to get closer and closer to the water edge, I'm happy to report that I did NOT have to jump into Sydney Harbour..:
