Wow--where do I start? Mat organised a surprise 30th birthday party for me on Saturday. Since it was a surprise, I had no camera...so desperately waiting for friends to send me some of my shocked face to see a room FULL of people!! Nana and Aunt Sandy were there too!!!!!!! Which meant my first week of un-employment will be spent on touring, instead of deciding what bits and pieces of train tracks we will take in suitcases....
It was such a lovely day, we headed to the Blue Mountains this morning...
After the Scenic Railway and boardwalk through the trees, we headed over to the Zig Zag Railway for a 3pm departure.
"The Zig Zag consists of a series of sloping tracks forming the letter "Z" with
reversing stations at Top and Bottom Points. "
