Everywhere we go, there is either an ice cream truck or a cafe selling ice-cream or a grocery store that has ice cream--it's everywhere. Nicholas LOVES ice cream..I on the other hand hate the mess. Until I came across this concoction at a bakery--of course not as "healthy" as an ice cream, but it's a cone with marshmallow in the middle and then chocolate on the outside with sprinkles on top--he thought he hit the jack-pot when I pulled it out..."Not cold mommy!" was the reply.....but the mess wasn't as bad :) I think that they would be great at a kids party :)
