While Dad plays in Bordeaux, we went and spent the day with Thomas & Friends. I can't believe we stayed for 6 hours!! Of course lots of photo's were taken :) Nicholas ran the show today and we did whatever he wanted--he loved it. We had lots of rides on Thomas and Duck and we visited the engine shed about 4 times to look at all the trains. There were a couple of trains that you could go into...
Diesel's job today was to look after the Troublesome Trucks...
The Fat Controller made sure all the engines behaved themselves throughout the day...

We had a look inside the Signal Shed where Nicholas asked the guy about 30 questions. He was very patient with him and showed him what all the levers did...
We really like coming to this day out as you can pretty much get as close as you can get to the engines--even running ones which is a bit scary.
Our last ride on Thomas--it's been a busy busy day...

Oh WOW! What a fabulous thing for the kids (and grown up kids too). Glad you had such a great day. JJ loves Thomas too now.
Wow!!! I can't show Bethany or Mitchell this or they will go nuts!! What an awesome event. It looks like you guys had heaps of fun. Thanks for sharing the fun.
Well LM--you can always visit us...There is always a Thomas Day some where in England LOL.
