We've been tracking Santa for most of the day since he started his journey in Russia. Nicholas is really excited this year (but has been more frustrated at feeling a bit off lately) although seeing Santa in his Groto was not on the to-do list this year. I was surprised that he handed his letter to him a few weeks ago! Before bed he put out cookies and milk--first starting with a huge plate full, then decided that he might want some tomorrow so he put all but 4 back.
Next we had to put out the reindeer food of oats mixed in with a bit of glitter and a few tea lights so the bowl doesn't get missed
